IDS is aware of an issue following Monday morning's update that causes online tests to return an error message when students attempt to launch an online test or quiz. We have contacted Blackboard technical support and hope to have the issue resolved soon.

Regular service window
Blackboard occasionally provides us with patches that resolve outstanding issues or add functionality to the Knowledge server. Except in emergency cases, ITS applies these patches on Monday mornings at 7:30 AM. The patching process generally results in about a half an hour of downtime.
