  • Blackboard Outage Saturday 4/26 8AM - noon (Wednesday, April 23, 2014)

    The McNichols campus will be without power from 8:00AM - noon Saturday April 26 as DTE works to isolate a power issue. During this time, web services such as Blackboard will be unavailable. The downtime is an estimate, and we may be without power later than noon. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please plan accordingly.

Regular service window

Blackboard occasionally provides us with patches that resolve outstanding issues or add functionality to the Knowledge server. Except in emergency cases, ITS applies these patches on Monday mornings at 7:30 AM. The patching process generally results in about a half an hour of downtime.
